A Whole World of CELEBRATIONS for World Healthy Mummy Month!!!

There is so much happening throughout the month of July as we celebrate our global community of Healthy Mummies with World Healthy Mummy month! You can expect to see incredible discounts, amazing competitions, insane giveaways, energetic flash dances and so much more. Read on for all the details!

Rhian Allen, founder of the Healthy Mummy kicked off the celebrations for World Healthy Mummy Month with a global tour and a series of EPiC BODY Confidence photo shoots in Sydney,  New York and London!

19 women from around the world who lost 541kg combined pose in their undies!

First stop Sydney where seven INCREDIBLE mums who together have lost 294kgs were flown in for the photo shoot and a day of pampering and celebration. And they absolutely rocked it!

Onto New York, with six Healthy Mummies who together have achieved huge weight loss goals and overcome mental and health issues by following The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.

Then London where UK Healthy Mummies sizzled and celebrated in style. These AMAZING shoots were designed to unite mums of all ages and sizes from around the globe to live happy, healthy lives and be BODY CONFIDENT.
