An entertained crowd joined in with the Healthy Mummy song and dance to celebrate World Healthy Mummy Month in Sydney!

To help the mums in our global community get into the celebratory spirit for World Healthy Mummy Month, along with our EPIC BODY CONFIDENCE shoots in Sydney, New York and London we wrote and recorded a song for all the Healthy Mummies out there. And with any good song you have to have a dance so we got our fantastic DanceFit instructor Dee to choreograph a Healthy Mummy dance!

Check out what happened when Dee started dancing in the middle of Manly Sydney!!! People couldn’t help themselves but join in with the catchy tune and dance moves!

Well done Dee for getting everyone moving!!!
