Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup reduced fat coconut milk
- 4 tbs coconut oil
- 7g baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
Instructions
- Use a mixer to blend all ingredients.
- Bake in a preheated waffle maker.
Makes 8 belgian waffles.
1 waffle is 1 serve.

Garnish with 1/4 of a large banana for extra 30 calories or 1 tbs of maple syrup for 53 extra calories.
