Belgian waffle: Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat coconut milk
  • 4 tbs coconut oil
  • 7g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract

Belgian waffle recipe: Instructions

  • Use a mixer to blend all ingredients.
  • Bake in a preheated waffle maker.

Makes 8 Belgian waffles.

1 waffle is 1 serve.

Garnish with 1/4 of a large banana for extra 30 calories or 1 tbs of maple syrup for 53 extra calories.
