How a photographer’s words helped this mum boost her confidence and lose 15kgs!
Michelle still remembers what the photographer, who took this before photo (above), said to her on that day.
“Her words were, ‘If you’re worried about your belly, hold Chelsea in front of you.’ I did answer, ‘I’m not’.”
And even though the photographer is a family friend who helped her feel more comfortable, Michelle was not happy with herself.
“Truth be told, I knew I was going to love the photo but I wasn’t going to like me in the photo. I’m liking me in photos now.”
