How great does Kelly look? This mum’s after pic was taken just 8 months after she had her second baby!

Here’s how she did it…

18kgs gone in 8 months!

Kelly’s before pic was taken at a wedding in 2016 before she fell pregnant with her second bub. But the photo on the left is Kelly at a wedding in her first size 10 outfit she’d worn since her wedding in 2010!

So how did this mama lose 18kgs and go from a size 16/18 to a 10/12 since having her baby 8 months ago? The Healthy Mummy of course!

Kelly uses the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge recipes and commits to move her body four days a week, which usually means walking the kids in the pram.

She says, “It takes hard work and consistency but I can see myself on these eating plans for the rest of my life for pure convenience and the love of the recipes.”
