Meena Bharti joined the Healthy Mummy’s 28 Weight Loss Challenge in 2018.
At the time she was under an enormous amount of stress, having completed her master thesis and her kids were in India.
However, she was able to lose an incredible 10kg and now she’s feeling better mentally and physically. You look fantastic, Meena!
Meena loses 10kg and drops 2 dress sizes
Meena, 42, says after six months of following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge she “felt like a different person”.
I keep myself connected to the Healthy Mummy community, and it was such an incredible support for me,” she says.
“In September 2020, I signed up. I just love all the workouts. It keeps me healthy.”
In fact, Meena has gone from a size 16 down to a size 12! She’s a huge fan of The Healthy Mummy Smoothies and the recipes from the app.
“I love the chocolate and vanilla smoothies for my breakfast and my favourite Challenge meals are the Zucchini Bacon Slice and Butter Chicken,” she says.
“My favourite exercise is fit advanced workout by Wendy but occasionally I do Booty Dance or a boxing workout too.”
