How this breastfeeding mum was able to lose over 10kg in 12 weeks
Sarah’s pledge was to lose 10kg and gain body confidence, which she says she most definitely has.
“I only did my measurements at the start of the challenge and then the end because I didn’t want to become discouraged and give up,” she reveals.
“But I have managed to lose 36cm total from my body with 6cm from my bust, 10cm from my waist, 4cm from my hips, 3cm from each of my thighs, 5cm from each of my arms.”
What’s more, Sarah says she’s seen a significant change in her mental health and also her patience levels with her kids.
“I have noticed a huge improvement in my mental health and my patience with my kids. I have also noticed an improvement in my energy levels,” she says.
“I love that I’m now able to join in playing with my kids at the park and make family adventures together on the weekend.”

Top tips for success
1. Make it a change for the whole family
My older kids took Healthy Mummy snacks to school each day and we all had Healthy Mummy dinners each night.
2. Let the kids help you meal plan
So you know that they will enjoy what you are serving them and encourage them to choose one new meal to try each week.
3. Get the whole family involved with exercise
We would go on a family walk each afternoon and then I would do a workout from the app with the kids helping while hubby cooked dinner each night.
