This amazing mum started her journey in January 2020 when she was told she was pre-diabetic. and now she’s down over 14kg since then, possibly more! It took her five months to lose weight and she also dropped two dress sizes.
Mum loses 14kg in just FIVE months
Sarah, 29, says the moment she realised she wanted to make a lifestyle change was when she was told she was pre diabetic.
“I had gestational diabetes that became pre diabetes and I knew I wanted to make a change,” she says.
“And it’s my 30th this year and I wanted to be under 100kg by then!”
The mum-of-two from Victoria also reveals she’s noticed heaps of health benefits after losing the weight.
“I sleep better, and I’m not quite so tired and I can exercise more and easier,” she says. “It’s really helped me both physically and mentally.”
