Healthy Mummy Stacey recently underwent gallbladder surgery and will need some recovery time.
However this mama, who has already lost 39kgs, can’t wait to be better so she can get back to smashing her health and weight loss goals!
When Stacey joined the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, she lost a lot of weight. She has gone from 114kgs to 75kgs, that’s just one kilo away from a 40kg loss!
But due to her gallbladder removal surgery this week, she’s had a few obstacles when it comes to her healthy lifestyle.
“I have lost a bit of weight in hospital. I probably will gain some weight as I recover. But that’s ok. It’s going to be so hard for me not to exercise. I work out 6 days a week.”
But during times like these, Stacey knows that her health needs to come first.
“I can’t wait to be recovered and be back smashing my goals.”
