“I now have more energy than ever before” says Mum who lost 20kg

Emma White has lost 20kg through the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and the beautiful mum-of-three looks sizzling in a photoshoot she did for The Healthy Mummy’s latest edition of The Healthy Mummy’s magazine!

“I now have more energy than ever before, toned my whole body and I’ve maintained this weight loss for over a year,” she says.
