This mum smashed her weight loss goal and saw her whole life change!
Ebony O’Connor began her journey with the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge just over a year ago and has since smashed her initial goal of weighing 65kg and now weighs 57kgs.
She is so much happier than she has ever been and she thanks The Healthy Mummy for changing her life, and even though she has had her struggles, she has not looked back!
Ebony has set herself a new goal for 2019 and that is to tone up!

Exercise
Ebony started slowly walking every day as well as using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges. She also regularly attended two Les Mills Classes a week.
For breakfast, Ebony has a daily smoothie and makes her lunches and dinners from the wide array of recipes she finds on the 28 Day Challenge recipe hub.
Ebony gives some important advice to you as you embark on your health journey

- We all have bad days when we make unhealthy choices and that’s okay.
