Louise Basdekis has lost 26kg

Louise says, “12 months or so between these two photos and 26kgs GONE! Photo on the right is me this morning before I smashed out an EPIC step workout. The old me would hit snooze a million times on any day off I had.. not this healthy mumma! I got up and got it done. I’ve got this love for exercise and fuelling my body with healthy foods and I’m loving the way I feel on the inside and out.

“Was it hard? Hell yeah but was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY 110% there’s no going back for me now.. now that I know what healthy feels and looks like.”

Jessica Goff has lost 7kg

Jessica says “My Healthy Mummy Journey started back in 2018 and while I was successful with my weight loss I didn’t work on my mindset. Naturally, it didn’t take much of life’s ups and downs for me to fall off the wagon. Three years later at my heaviest ever, I saw the promo for the Healthy Mummy 12 Week Challenge and knew this was my time to get back on track.

Sometimes mental health takes over and motivation is not present! Sometimes kids get sick! Sometimes we injure ourselves! Sometimes stress means old habits kick in! Sometimes we hit a plateau and we lose faith!

“Whether these things above are something you can relate to or not, PATIENCE is a key factor. This is not a race, it’s a JOURNEY. Enjoy every little step along the way even if that means to fall too. If you fall, get back up again! You’re only a failure if you completely give up. It’s how you recover after a fall that matters. A healthy lifestyle takes time to adjust to! No-one comes into a healthy lifestyle and is able to click their fingers and see results instantly.”

“Our bodies are all different! Our results are different! Our story is different! ENJOY the journey!! Focusing on the big number too much can make the process daunting and feel impossible! It IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE but remember each and every day to have patience I mean Rome Wasn’t Built In A Day, remember that next time you think you aren’t getting anywhere. Believe in your journey and yourself and you will get there.”

Amanda Grace has lost 37kg

Amanda says,  “Without the help of the healthy mummy I’d still be that mum sad/depressed eating her feelings
Stuck in that continual shame spiral but instead, I’m happy, healthy and learning about what my body is capable of pushing myself that bit further every day because I know I’m capable.

“Since November last year I’ve lost 37 kg and taken on a whole new outlook on life and my health and what I choose to nourish my body with. Growing and learning along the way and learning to love myself.“

MJ Byrne is feeling mentally and physically strong
