Mums share their amazing motivational board ideas

“I’ve finally spent time finishing my motivation board and working out my goals for the 12 Week Challenge.

I have lost 17kg with the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges previously, however the last few years have seen many ups and downs with health and work and family, and I let myself slip down my list of priorities, and let the excuses control my decisions.

I have just over 10kg to get back down to my goal weight, although with PCOS and a history of easy weight gain and slow weight loss, I have a challenge ahead of myself. I didn’t want to set my expectations too high, but I have found lowering my expectations too far allows the excuses to pile up! So I am aiming for a 10kg loss in 12 weeks, which I’ve never been able to do before.. but I’m up for the challenge!”

I pledge:
– to lose 10kg
– to lose the excuses and be consistent
– to exercise daily & walk/run/ride at least 30km per week
– to add variety to my HM workouts each week
– to plan and prepare, and stick to my meal plan 90% of the time
– to record my food and be accountable
– to dedicate time weekly to myself, so I can learn to love myself
– to nourish myself inside and out
– to stop self-sabotaging
– to find other ways to manage my emotions instead of using food as a crutch
– to find my happy again, so I can be a more effective and fun Mum
