Lunchbox Snack: 2 Ingredient Healthy Strawberry Roll Up
Do your kids like Roll-Ups? Most kids LOVE then and unfortunately, the store bought ones are full of unnecessary added sugars.
We’ve found the solution! A quick, easy to make and HEALTHY Strawberry Roll Up that the kids will LOVE and it’s only 2 ingredients. It’s a perfect kids lunchbox snack and great for any Healthy Mummy trying to lose weight.

- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 1 tsp Natvia

Instructions
- Blend together until strawberries are pureed then pour onto a baking paper lined tray so it’s just a thin layer.
- Pop into oven on 60°C for about 1-2hrs depending on your oven. Check it occasionally and when it’s all dried out remove from oven and let cool just enough to handle.
- Carefully peel away the baking paper and cut into small portions. I got 6 servings from 1 punnet.
- Plus you could use any fruit or a combo of fruits, whatever you think will work and taste nice.

Top Tips
- You can leave out the Natvia entirely, or try a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup instead
- This recipe will work for most fruits
- You could even try this recipe using the airfryer instead of the oven
- Remember its drying out in the oven not cooking so don’t be tempted to increase then temperature too much
