85 calorie wholemeal pear and blueberry loaf
YUMMMMMMM – 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Cassie Wight has created this delicious pear and blueberry loaf.
Cassie says, “It’s the perfect accompaniment to a nice hot cup of green tea – and healthy enough to have for a quick breakfast on the go! It’s a great nut free lunch box treat for the kids too.”
Cassie says that her one and three year old children love it – and they don’t need to know it’s healthy.
As part of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge you’ll have access to lots of healthy loaves such as the Apple and Almond Loaf, Nutty Breakfast Loaf, and the Banana & Ginger Breakfast Loaf.
