  • 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix caramel (25 grams)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats (8 grams)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (5 mls)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (45 grams)
  • ice cubes
