Delicious Asian Pork Dumpling Recipe

- 500 grams lean pork mince
- 1/2 small red chilli diced
- 2 spring onions diced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 25 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp ginger minced
- 1 tsp garlic minced
Ingredients

- Place mince, chilli, spring onions, egg white, spices and sauces into a food processor and blitz for 30 seconds on high until combined.
- Place 1/2 tbsp of mix into each wonton wrapper and fold, crimping the edges with a fork to seal.
- Once all of the mixture is used place the dumplings in a single layer in a bamboo steamer lined with baking paper. You may need to cook in batches depending the size of your steamer. Steam on medium heat for 7-10 minutes, until firm.
- Serve as is, or with your choice of steamed greens.
