Ingredients
  • 200 g bag Kale salad mix
  • 6 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 rashers of lean short cut bacon
  • 2 fried eggs to serve

Instructions
  1. Slice bacon into small squares and fry till brown
  2. Fry an egg per person
  3. Toss salad in dressing
  4. Serve salad with an egg on top
