Ingredients
- 200 g bag Kale salad mix
- 6 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 rashers of lean short cut bacon
- 2 fried eggs to serve

- Slice bacon into small squares and fry till brown
- Fry an egg per person
- Toss salad in dressing
- Serve salad with an egg on top
