- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1/4 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond meal)
- 2 tbsp walnuts chopped
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
Ingredients

- Slice bananas in half lengthways.
- Puree or mash mixed berries.
- Place oats and LSA in each serving dish.
- Place two banana halves on top of oats and LSA.
- Top with yoghurt and walnuts.
- Drizzle over berry puree to serve.
