Chewy & Healthy Chocolate Muesli Bars

This Chewy Chocolate Muesli Bar is so yummy and jammed packed full of healthy ingredients, perfect if you’re following a weight loss plan.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsalted cashews
- 1/3 cup pepitas
- 1 cup pitted dates soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes and drained
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut shredded or dessicated
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp coconut oil liquefied

Instructions
- Line tin with baking paper and set aside (I used a 20cm x 20cm tin).
- Give the cashews and pepitas a quick blitz then add all remaining ingredients and blitz again until well combined.
- Press FIRMLY into prepared tin and pop in the freezer to set.
- Eat straight from the freezer and enjoy.
- Keep stored in the freezer.
