Choc Chip Peanut Butter Bites
These are so easy to make, and even easier to eat! So delicious and quick. We love a healthy, yummy, quick treat here at Healthy Mummy! YUM!

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp dark choc chips
- Mix peanut butter, rice malt syrup and vanilla until combined
- Add oats, coconut and choc chips and mix through
- Press into silicon moulds or patty cases. (You can even press into a pan and cut into 6 pieces once set.)
- Pop into the fridge or freezer to set then ENJOY.
