  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp dark choc chips

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp dark choc chips

Instructions
  1. Mix peanut butter, rice malt syrup and vanilla until combined
  2. Add oats, coconut and choc chips and mix through
  3. Press into silicon moulds or patty cases. (You can even press into a pan and cut into 6 pieces once set.)
  4. Pop into the fridge or freezer to set then ENJOY.
