  • 2 small bananas
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut desiccated or shredded
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut desiccated or shredded
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Mash banana, then add peanut butter.
  3. Fold through the coconut, cacao and coconut sugar.
  4. Spoon mixture onto tray to make 8 cookies, allow space for spreading. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool on tray before storing in an airtight container.
