- Thinly sliced banana
- 1 tbsp LSA
- A handful of raspberries, strawberries of blueberries
- Chopped up kiwi fruit
- A tbsp of sultanas (add these during the cooking process)

- Some crunchy toasted and crushed hazelnuts
- Stewed apple or rhubarb
