Cleansing chia pudding just 284 calories
Thank you to 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Paula Dickson for sharing this snap of her healthy chia pudding breakfast recipe with us.
Paula says ‘I love these little puddings as I make a week’s worth and store them in clean glass jars to stay fresh. All you have to do is add your fresh berries and enjoy.’
This chia pudding breakfast recipe serves one but is so easy to increase in quantities to prepare a few serves at once. Use whatever berries you have on hand – we love raspberries or blueberries.
Once you’ve got chia seeds on hand, you can make all sorts of recipes from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Think Sesame and Chia Chocolate, Coffee Chia Pudding, or Seed Crackers.
