  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup roasted nuts such as almonds or cashews
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 5 medjool dates
  • ½ tsp mint essence
  • 2 tbsp water

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup roasted nuts such as almonds or cashews
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 5 medjool dates
  • ½ tsp mint essence
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
  1. Blitz together the oats, nuts, cacao, salt and coconut.
  2. Add dates, mint and water and blitz again until your desired consistency.
  3. Roll into 12 balls and place in fridge/freezer to set.
  4. Can be stored in fridge or freezer.
