- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp passionfruit pulp
- Combine all ingredients excluding the passionfruit pulp in a bowl or jar.
- Cover with a lid or cling wrap and place in the fridge overnight.
- Top with passionfruit pulp when ready to serve.
