And these yummy Lemon and Coconut Bliss Balls are no exception! Fruity and sweet with a delicious tang from the lemon, they’re also under 100 calories per serve. Winning!

- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- zest of 1 small lemon
- juice of ½ small lemon
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp honey
Ingredients

- Blitz all ingredients together and then roll into balls.
- Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
- Can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
*Recipe works best if you place your can of coconut cream in the fridge over night to firm up first.
**If your mixture seems a little dry, try adding a few drops of water at a time. The mixture will come together using the warmth of your hands while rolling the balls.
