  • 1 tsp pepitas chopped
  • 1 tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries chopped
  • 200 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp desiccated coconut

  • 1 tsp pepitas chopped
  • 1 tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries chopped
  • 200 g 70% dark chocolate

Instructions
  1. Ensure you have the pepitas, pistachios and cranberries chopped first, as they need to be ready to add to the chocolate before it sets.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  3. Melt chocolate using your preferred method.
  4. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and honey to the chocolate and mix well.
  5. Pour evenly into lined pan.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate with chopped pepitas, pistachios, cranberries and coconut.
  7. You may like to lightly press the toppings slightly into the chocolate at this stage.
  8. Pop in fridge to set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  9. Cut into 10 squares.
