Four Ingredient Chocolate, Cranberry And Coconut Bark

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate choose either 70% or 85% cocoa
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 150 g dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut plus extra for sprinkling

Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil in a glass bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
- Mix in the cranberries and coconut.
- Pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, or you can use ice cube trays if you want it to be more solid.
- Spread out evenly and sprinkle coconut on top.
- Place in fridge to set and break into 10 pieces when ready to serve.
