  • 2 weetbix
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Hazelnut Spread
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients (excluding coconut) in food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Using a teaspoon measure out your balls (makes 9) and roll in coconut
  3. Refrigerate for at least a few hours before eating
