Loaded Picnic Protein Balls just 82 calories

- 1/3 cup pitted dates
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Protein powder or Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 100 ml boiling water
- 1 tbsp crushed peanuts
Ingredients

- Soak dates in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Place oats, 1 tbsp peanut butter, honey, cacao, protein powder and soaked dates (including water) into a food processor and blitz on high speed until well combined.
- Transfer mix into a bowl and roll into 14 balls.
- Place in fridge for 2 hours or freezer for 30 minutes to set.
- Once set cut each ball in half and spread a little of the remaining peanut butter on one side and stick each ball back together.
- Roll in crushed peanuts or extra cacao.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
