  • 2 tbsp 100% natural honey
  • 125 g wholemeal self raising flour (1 cup)
  • 25 g dark choc chips (roughly 50 chips)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80-100 mls water

Healthy Quick Microwave Chocolate Ball Explosions
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, adding the water in half at a time, just to make sure it doesn’t get too runny, it needs to be of a dough consistency.
  2. Roll into little balls
  3. Pop 1/2 of the balls into the microwave, they need around a minute depending on your microwave- try cooking in 30 sec intervals. If you cook them all at once they will not cook evenly.
  4. Enjoy
