  • 300 g apricots
  • 50 g pitted dates
  • 100 g coconut

Instructions
  1. Blend in a good processor for several minutes until well combined.
  2. Line a baking tray with paper and roll/press mixture into pan.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into approximately 48 small squares.
