The best part is, this recipe requires no baking whatsoever – perfect for those days when it’s too hot to turn the oven on.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp water

Instructions
  1. Line a small tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Blitz oats until fine (like flour).
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blitz until well combined.
  4. Roll into balls then press down to slightly flatten.
  5. Place on prepared tray and place in the fridge/freezer to firm up.
  6. Can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
