Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mix can opt for vanilla or can leave out
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup if substituting for honey use only 1tbsp
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp pretzels
  • ¼ cup pretzels processed in a food processor to a fine crumb for rolling

Chocolate Pretzel Bites
Instructions
  1. Combine everything (except the pretzel crumb) in a food processor
  2. Blend until well combined, adding a tablespoon of water if needed to combine
  3. Take a heaped teaspoon and roll into balls, then roll balls into the pretzel crumb
