  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves 30g
  • 2 tbsp HM vanilla protein power 25g
  • 1 cup baby spinach 30g
  • ½ chopped Lebanese cucumber 100g
  • 1 chopped pear 100g
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 40ml
  • ½ tsp fresh ginger grated 2g
  • 1 cup water 250ml
  • ice cubes

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 1 minute – stir, then blend again for another 30 seconds, or until smooth.
