- 1/2 cup coriander leaves 30g
- 2 tbsp HM Vanilla Smoothie Power 25g
- 1 cup baby spinach 30g
- ½ chopped Lebanese cucumber 100g
- 1 chopped pear 100g
- 2 tbsp lemon juice 40ml
- ½ tsp fresh ginger grated 2g
- 1 cup water 250ml
- ice cubes

- Blend for 1 minute – stir, then blend again for another 30 seconds, or until smooth.
