5 Ingredient Tuna and Cannellini Bean Dip

  • 400 g tin of cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 100 g tin of tuna drained
  • 2 green shallots chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, bring together the beans, olive oil, lemon juice and tuna until smooth.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add the shallots.
