28 Day Weight Loss Challenge member Clare Poole has sent us her recipe for a delicious and nutrient packed smoothie that is sure to give you a boost in the morning.

The Choc-Mint and Macadamia Milk Smoothie uses macadamia milk and cream cheese to give a creamy texture. The addition of avocado and baby spinach gives it the extra green colour.

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder choc mint flavour
  • 250 ml unsweetened macadamia milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 2 medjool dates pitted
  • 1/3 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 square 70% dark chocolate grated, to garnish
  • fresh mint leaves to garnish

  • 250 ml unsweetened macadamia milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp low fat cream cheese

  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 square 70% dark chocolate grated, to garnish

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except garnish to blender and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Pour into glass and garnish with dark chocolate and mint leaves.
