Nikki Myles says she will never give up on herself.
Nikki Myles is a mum of three who lost herself in motherhood and all the things that come with it. This is her weight loss story.
Nikki says that this is the same lady in both photos, but she says the one in the right will “never stop giving up on ME! I am unstoppable and am back!”
Nikki started the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge in November 2016. She says she is 30 kilos down and she has been maintaining that weight loss for nearly 12 months.
“I am stronger, healthier, happier and more confident than before!”
Learning to make healthier food
Nikki says that she no longer eats an unrealistic 1200 calories a day, just delicious food she has learnt to make for herself and her family.

Nicole Cornish says she is on her way!
Nicole Cornish is a mum of five children and says that she is well on her way to her goal weight!
Nicole says that she was extremely self-conscious after putting on so much weight after having her 5 children. She says that she was slightly embarrassed about her photo!
But she wanted to share after this week marks the end of her first full month. “I joined The Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge halfway through the last week of September hoping I could finally find a program I could stick to and lose the 30kgs I want to!”
Nicole says that she is well on her way! “My start weight was 100.1kg and today I’m at 91kg! I have lost over 20cms and have gained so much more in the last month including a friend for life!!”
