On her wedding day, Ebony weighed over 95kgs and wore a size 18 wedding dress. Now she’s a size 10 and is just two kilos away from her goal weight- what a change!

It’s meant to be one of the happiest days of your life, but Ebony felt overweight and self-conscious on her wedding day

“I remember feeling so fat on my wedding day. I had a size 18 dress fitted and the day I picked it up if was feeling tight.. I couldn’t lift my arms above my head.. the ‘off the shoulder look’ wasn’t meant to be like that. A day you are meant to feel amazing and beautiful I was feeling self conscious and worried what people would think.”

Ebony says she must have been over 95kgs in the first photo, but never weighed herself because she couldn’t face it.

“I loved to eat fatty takeaway and I would binge on snacks at night. The first time I stepped on the scale I had started to cut down on fast food so I had already lost some weight but I weighed 90.4 kgs.”

But now, Ebony weighs in at 67kgs and is a size 10. And even her little ones can fit in her wedding dress with her!

“I am confident. I feel great. My body feels healthy inside and out. I have energy. And I don’t even want the fatty takeaway or snacks!”

Not only that, but Ebony is just TWO kilos away from her ultimate goal, amazing work!
