Sarah LOVES the NEW Healthy Mummy Smoothie flavour – Choc Fudge so much that she created these delicious recipes.

Sarah was so impressed with the two smoothies she created with the NEW choc-fudge flavour that she wanted to share them with the rest of the Healthy Mummy community.

Choc-Fudge Delight Smoothie

Sarah choc fudge smoothie recipe


  • 250mls milk of choice
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Choc-Fudge smoothie mix (get yours here)
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 square dark chocolate, melted


Blend the milk, fruit, smoothie mix and ice on high speed for 2 – 3 mins, pour into a glass, drizzle with melted chocolate, and enjoy.

Choc-Nut Fudge Smoothie

Sarah Choc Nut Fudge Smoothie Recipe


  • 250mls milk of choice
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 scoop Healthy Mummy Choc-Fudge smoothie mix (get yours here)
  • 1 tsp Healthy Mummy drinking chocolate
  • 3 ice cubes


Blend on high speed for 2 – 3 mins, pour into a glass and enjoy.
