This mum reveals the secret to toning her arms!

Having lost 29kg on the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge, Alicia is still kicking goals!

The gorgeous mama was pleased with her weight loss results but was determined to tone up – and her arms were first on the list.

Here’s Alicia secret to achieving toned arms…

Many mums want to focus on their arms. After all, in the hot weather we tend to show them off.

Using The Healthy Mummy arm exercises, Alicia is now gaining muscle in her arms making her toned, healthy and happy.

“I have found going a lower weight with more reps has been working great for me, and I make sure I have 1-2 days break between doing arms so they can recover,” she says.

From 92kgs down to 64kgs, Alicia has seen huge benefits from using the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge. Also going from a size 16 to a size 10, you can assure she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to motivation.

Alicia makes sure she gives herself breaks, mixing up her routine to avoid boredom.

“It has made a huge difference for me, loving the tone I’m getting from it,” she says. 

“Every other day I do challenge exercises and I’m loving Tabata right now, so I mix that in with walking also.”

Alicia says she also uses the booty bands a few times a week (even to do the house work!) and the resistance bands to do arm exercises.
