If you are experiencing any distressing symptoms, such as depression and anxiety, we recommend you speak with your doctor, midwife, or child and family health nurse can provide you with assistance or arrange for you to see a specialist.

However, if you feel concerned for your well being or that of a loved one, then we advise you seek help IMMEDIATELY.

PANDA National Helpline

If you are suffering from perinatal mental health related issues. You can call the PANDA National Helpline on 1300 726 306 between 9am and 7.30pm AEST or visit their website here.

Lifeline

For depression and anxiety related matters, you can contact Lifeline here or call them on 13 11 14.

Beyond Blue

Here is the Beyond Blue website or you can call them on 1300 22 4636 for out of hours support.

Butterfly Foundation

Friendline

Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation for anyone suffering or having a tough time, they can be contacted here.

1800RESPECT
