Meals to make with your leftover turkey or chicken

You’ve just finished your Christmas dinner, now what to do?

Instead of storing the bird whole at the end of the meal Kaitie says “I find it best to slice or break up the whole bird as soon as possible and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.

If you still have leftovers why not shred the breast meat up and make individual portions to freeze in sandwich bags – these are perfect for salads, homemade pizzas and toasted sandwiches!”
