Brooke Bregg has lost 25kg with The Healthy Mummy and it’s not just the numbers on the scales that have changed!
“I wish I had an excuse for how I look in the photo on the left,” confesses Brooke.
In the first picture, Brooke was not a mum and was not pregnant, but had bad eating habits and did absolutely NO exercise.
But the photo on the right is Brooke 10 weeks postpartum after her second child. Now she’s living a healthier life and is starting to train for her second half marathon!
