Healthy Mummy Robyn has shared her favourite, healthy alternative to a Cherry Ripe and trust us, you’ll want the recipe!

With the MASSIVE chocolate overload at Easter, Robyn thought she would make some awesome Healthy Mummy alternatives to get her through Easter and all that chocolatey temptation!
Robyn admits that she LOVES Cherry Ripes, saying that they are one of her weaknesses, but they come at a price- 26.4g of sugar and 241 calories to be precise!
“I’ve just made the Choc Cherry Slice from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge Recipe Hub with only 2.7g of sugar (with only 0.6g of free sugar) per serve and only 141 calories!”
“I know which one I prefer! I’m still getting that amazing choc cherry flavour with no nasties, I know exactly what is in it! Plus the whole recipe makes 10 serves, that’s almost as much sugar as in just one Cherry Ripe.”

Robyn’s weight loss story
Robyn was overweight before having her two babies, and struggled to lose the weight after her first. Not only that, but she’d had a hard pregnancy with high blood pressure, pelvic instability and a back injury.
“I saw a picture of myself playing with my (then) two-year-old daughter in the rain. That picture made me realise how much I had to lose. I signed up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge that night,” Robyn says.
That was in September 2015 and now she’s lost 28kg!
