How Kate lost 10kg on the 12 Week Challenge
Kate Brown has lost an incredible 10kg in just 12kg and 26.5cm total by following the The Healthy Mummy’s 12 Week Challenge!
“I was struggling to get down and up from the floor whilst playing with my son, none of my clothes were fitting, and my son is almost walking now and I just want to be able to keep up with him when he is walking/running,” she says.
“My aim was to get the weight I was when I fell pregnant with my son. And I have achieved that.”

How Kate has lost 10kg in just 12 weeks
Best of all, Kate says she’s noticed that exercises are becoming easier to do and she feels stronger.
“I have been working out three days a week using the Belly Blaster Program. I have switched to Total Body with Weights,” she says.
“I started off having just one smoothie a day at breakfast but have recently bumped up to breakfast AND lunch.”
Kate’s BIGGEST tips for success
Always have healthy snacks within reach. For me, I always have a stash of Salty Sticky Date and Choc Chip Cookies from The Healthy Mummy app. They are quick and easy to make (less that half an hour prepped and baked) and I usually have all the ingredients in the cupboard already.
“I actually couldn’t believe how easy the meal plans were to follow and I had no issues getting my family to eat the dinners I was making. I would definitely and am doing the next 12 Week Challenge! I have a good 30-40kgs to go to get to my goal weight.”
