On average under $6 a day for all your meals and snacks every day. That works out to be $41.29 a WEEK on groceries to eat healthily!

This incredible meal plan with recipes from the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and the Healthy Mummy App, includes a range of family friendly meals and snacks.  There are three main meals and three snacks every day. Some snacks are repeated throughout the week, making it more cost effective.

What’s more, these are super healthy and low calorie meals with each day coming in UNDER 1500 calories!

Monday

Breakfast: Quick Oat Power Porridge – 0.96c per serve

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat Greek Yoghurt

Method

  1. Place frozen blueberries and rolled oats in a bowl per person and cover each with 1/2 cup water.
  2. Microwave each bowl on high for 1 minute. You may need to cook for longer depending on your microwave and to reach desired consistency.
  3. Add Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and cinnamon.

Cals 341 per serve
