40-year-old mum-of-two Phila has lost 7kg with the Healthy Mummy 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and is loving the CONFIDENCE she has gained and the HUGE rise in her energy levels.
She is one of six AMAZING mums who won a trip to New York City to participate in The Healthy Mummy Body Confidence photo shoot. Which is a celebration of mums living their happiest and healthiest lives.
Busy mum Phila is a picture of health and happiness and she credits much of this to living The Healthy Mummy lifestyle.

Phila has lost 7kg (going down from 82kg to 75kg) and gone down 2 dress sizes (from size 14 to 10).

Phila offers her top 3 tips to help other mums with their weight loss goals:
- Love yourself enough to treat and feed your body healthy and nutritious foods.
- Move your body every day, even if it’s just half an hour of brisk walking.
- Get enough rest, at least 6-8 hours/ night.
