How this stunning mum has lost 20kg and gone down from a size 16 to a 8

Acie Fuller looks phenomenal! The 39-year-old mum-of-two from Victoria has lost 20kg by following the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!

In fact, Acie lost 20kg in two years and has stayed this weight for eight months. She started as a size 16 and now she’s a size 8.

“The moment that changed my life was seeing a picture of myself out camping with my family and couldn’t believe I let myself get that big,” she says.

“I have lost a total of 20kg over 2 years and have stayed at that weight for about 8 months now with no looking back. I started at a size 16 and I’m down to size 8 now.”

The best thing Acie has noticed, is how much healthier she feels inside.

“The health benefits are amazing. I had bad hips and knees but now with losing my weight have no problems at all,” she admits.

“I feel amazing and look forward to working out each day. If I don’t feel like a workout I turn to yoga and this resets me for the next. I always say ‘if mum’s happy then the house is happy’.”

What a day on a plate looks like for Acie
